Sparkly Saturday!

I would normally add this to Wednesday's Wishlist, but alas, this was too good to wait.

Pink sparkly TOMS! With little baby ones to match! MY GOODNESS

I want these so for my little girl and I,

we'd be so sparklin' and stylin'.

These particular TOMS were found in a favorite stop of mine, Frances.

But these shoes would be perfect for our Sparkly Saturday adventure,

because we are going to the Chocolate Affaire today!

Mmmm.... I may have to indulge a little.

But going back to Frances,

Spotted a couple of rad goodies that I just have to share.



Let me introduce you, to a JELLY CLUTCH!

Seriously obsessed. Wish you could feel how awesome it was.

Not even Irish and I still needed this figurine. Like, in a creepy cute kind of way.



A brief look into their store, and I didn't even snap some of the best parts.

So! Now comes the big question here.

What am I going to wear tonight??

PS, Jason Wu comes out tomorrow! REALLY bummed I have to work, I would be ALL OVER IT otherwise.

Here's a recap of how my Thrifty Thursday went!

These are photos from GROWop, quite a treat for the eyes. Really impressed with, well, everything!
You could immediately sense how much thought and care went into the selection of every piece,
almost like each piece were a tile part of a beautiful mosaic. And prices weren't too shabby either! Pretty affordable for really great vintage. Didn't buy anything unfortunately, but shopping is a little different with a baby in tow. But definitely putting it on my list of places to come back to!

THRIFTY THURSDAYS!

Yes, it's Thrifty Thursday!

Sorry guys for missing these past two days! Life, you know? Always a little unpredictable.

Part two of Merry Mondays wasn't as successful as I was hoping!
Savers only granted me a new pair of flats. Simple but cute! Six bucks

I totally would've been all over these next shoes, but as fate would have it, t'was not in my size.

HELLO? Gold sparkly flats? I tried to squeeze these on for like ten minutes.

THEN! On Wednesday, I wandered in Forever 21 where I tried on an outfit fit for Wednesday's Wishlist.

Love the play on zero color here. Wish it could've been a purchase! Hence, the wishlist!

Which now, brings us back to the present for THRIFTY THURSDAYS!

Super excited about today, I am heading downtown today to check out GROWop,

a boutique that specializes in handmade and found goods.

I may also try a few other of my fav shops along 7th Ave while I'm down there, it's been too long!

It's Merry Monday, Part One!

Is it already Merry Monday ?
Sundays really are never quite long enough.

But it's a brand new day!
And there are good deals to find!
Which is why today, on this lovely Monday, there'll be two little posts:
the before and the after.

The after will hopefully be of great success!
I am making a trip back to the Savers that I did so well the last week,
in hopes that their floor is replenished with more goodies!
I may also try a Goodwill along the way home, you can never try too many places, right? :)

So, let's get shopping!

Sleepy Sundays

Ohhh, Sleepy Sunday. What a beautifully perfect day.

This is what my ideal Shhleeepy Sunday would look like.

Full of naps and pretty things.

And how much silly things like "work"can intefere with such perfection.

But nevertheless! One must continue on.. besides, work is a perfect place to people perve!
Too bad cell phones are not allowed while on the clock because today,
I witnessed the most perfect bun ever to beheld upon someone's head of hair.
(And I totallllly would've captured that via film to share but! I've got the next best thing.)

I give you, the SOCK BUN!

And here's even a brief tuturial!

But I'm telling you, the bun on this girl was genius.

Seeing her bun was a bit of torture really, for you see, my hair is still too short to even try this!

So please, any of you ladies with long enough hair, try it for me!
